The Premier League’s Football Operations team are tasked with the successful delivery of all 380 League matches each season, including live oversight of each Premier League match from the League’s operations centre at Stockley Park. Adam works closely with each of the Premier League Clubs to ensure the smooth running of the league from both a football and compliance standpoint. His responsibilities include management of the Premier League Match Delegate programme, as well as regulation of the sporting competition. He works alongside major stakeholders including PGMOL regarding the review of major refereeing decisions and the support and development of match officials and refereeing practice. Adam represents the Premier League’s interests in playing surfaces and coordinates relationships and initiatives with the grounds staff of the Premier League Clubs Prior to his current role, Adam worked in team operations at academy, club and international level football, and previously worked in youth education.
