Aled Lewis

Aled Lewis is an experienced leader with a track record of successful strategic and operational delivery, having worked in a variety of roles across the sports sector including as Head of Grassroots at the Football Association of Wales.

He played an integral role in establishing the FAW’s Sustainability Strategy, one of the first to be developed amongst FIFA’s 211 Member Associations. Currently Aled is the Head of Operations at the Cymru Football Foundation, an independent charity recently established in partnership with the Football Association of Wales to support the development of ‘Inspirational and fit-for-future’ facilities.
