Chris is an experienced health and safety professional with over 30 years’ experience across regulatory, engineering and manufacturing environments, including 11 years as an HM Inspector of Health & Safety with the HSE.
She is currently Health & Safety Manager at Lister Wilder, a family-owned agricultural, groundcare and construction machinery dealership, where she takes a practical approach to managing risk and developing safe working practices.
Her role includes addressing the emerging challenges associated with electric and battery-powered machinery, particularly around training, maintenance and safe systems of work. Chris also participates in BAGMA’s Health & Safety Working Group, sharing experiences and practical solutions to help improve safety standards across the industry.
