Dave Luscombe is the CEA’s CESAR Police Liaison consultant with responsibility for managing the CEA’s relationship with the industry funded police unit NCATT. 

Dave has maintained and developed the construction industry relationship with law enforcement for the last eight years, expanding the scope of Donor partners and helping grow the footprint and success of NCATT.
