Jack leads two key functions: the Programmes team, responsible for the design and management of the Foundation’s diverse portfolio of programmes, and the Support andImpact team, which ensures projects are effectively supported post grant award to maximise their long-term impact. 

Since joining the Foundation in 2017, he has held several roles, most recently as Head of Delivery, and has played a central role in the development of initiatives such as Active Through Football and Football Foundation PlayZones. 

Prior to this, Jack spent a decade working with East Riding, West Riding, and Sheffield & Hallamshire County FAs, gaining extensive experience in grassroots football development.
