Neil Davis

With 35 years of experience in the ground care industry, including 30 years in Service Management and 20 years in a group-level role, Neil has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise, progressing from Field Service Engineer to their current position as Group Service Director at Lister Wilder.
Prior to entering the ground care industry, Neil spent nine years in the British Army with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME), joining as a 16-year-old apprentice and specialising in the repair of weapon systems on tanks and artillery.
Having witnessed significant changes throughout their career, Neil is now navigating one of the industry's most notable developments: the growing adoption of battery-powered and electric machinery. Initially sceptical of this shift, they now recognise that electrification is here to stay and are embracing the challenges and opportunities it presents for the future of ground care.
