Tom Banks

Kirkoswald Football Club
Tom has been volunteering for Kirkoswald FC in Cumbria for nearly 20 years and won the 2025 GMA Volunteer Groundsperson of the Year award.
He says it was a real honour to win as he has a massive passion for producing the best pitch possible for the grassroots game, and enjoys helping others to the same – by documenting club achievements and funding application success.
