EXHIBITOR FAQS

The Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) is where you can access and update your marketing information to get the most out of SALTEX 2025. You can update your company profile, upload your logo, and access marketing assets to help you promote your presence at the event. 

Your Exhibitor Manual can be accessed via Ffair when ready. It will contain all of the information you require as an exhibitor with us.

Login details for the Exhibitor Manual will be sent directly to your company's main exhibition contact.

The Exhibitor Manual is hosted on Ffair and it is a central point of information for exhibitors in the run-up to the show. This is where you can see all your stand information, and access the link to the marketing information within the E-Zone, as well as operational and registration information. The Exhibitor Manual also contains links to the order forms for your stand and lists tasks you will ned to complete before you exhibit.

Stand extras, such as furniture, electrics, lighting and more, can be ordered through the links contained in the Exhibitor Manual.

There is FREE public Wi-Fi access across exhibition halls. The only way to guarantee internet services is via your own personalised wireless SSiD or a hardwired connection. Further information and order details can be found within the Exhibitor Manual.

You can have as many staff as you wish on your stand, as long as they have been registered. Please register all staff that will be present on your stand via the register your staff form within the Exhibitor Manual.

Please speak to your company's exhibition contact who will register you for your exhibitor badge within the Exhibitor Manual.

All exhibitor registrations must be processed through the exhibitor registration portal within the Exhibitor Manual, details on how to access the platform for registrations would have been sent to your company's exhibition contact.

Sorry, but as our halls are busy working environments we don’t allow anyone under the age of 16 in the halls during build and breakdown.
