1. Eligibility

  • The Arcade competitions are open to all registered attendees of SALTEX 2025, taking place on 12–13 November 2025 at the NEC Birmingham.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of the Grounds Management Association (GMA), event organisers, exhibitors participating in The Arcade, and their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, attendees must participate in one or more of the games located within The Arcade at SALTEX 2025.

  • Each game allows one entry per person per day unless otherwise stated by the game host.

  • Entry is free of charge, but a valid SALTEX 2025 visitor badge is required for participation.

3. Prizes

There is one prize available per game, as listed below:

  • Husqvarna Robotic Mower Racetrack: Prize to be announced

  • Cramer Leaf Blower Darts: Cramer 82V Leaf Blower

  • SwingSmart Virtual Golf Challenge: Ultimate Adventures Experience Box

  • GMA Football Fastest Feet: £100 Love2Shop Voucher

  • GMA Racing Simulator: Ultimate Adventures Experience Box

  • GMA Grass Identification Game: 1-Year GMA Membership

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be determined by performance, score, or accuracy depending on the rules of each specific game.

  • Results will be verified by the relevant game host or organiser.

  • Winners will be notified on-site at the event or contacted after the show using details provided during registration.

  • If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible entrant.

5. Prize Collection

  • Some prizes may be presented on-site, while others will be delivered post-event.

  • Proof of identity and event registration may be required when collecting prizes.

6. General Conditions

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel any game or prize if circumstances beyond their control arise.

  • The organisers’ decision in all matters relating to the competitions is final.

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their name and/or photograph being used for promotional purposes related to SALTEX 2025.

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with the GMA Privacy Policy.
