Promoter
The competition is organised by Grounds Management Association, Stratford Office Village, 28 Walker Ave, Milton Keynes MK12 5TW, organiser of SALTEX.

Eligibility
The competition is open to all visitors aged 18 or over who register to attend SALTEX 2026 at the NEC, Birmingham on 11 November 2026. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, SALTEX exhibitors, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must register to attend SALTEX via the official registration process by 11:59 pm on 10 November 2026.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple registrations will not increase the chances of winning.

Prize Details

Cramer Optimus ATM53A lawnmower, Optimus B26 Blower, and T13 Optimus Trimmer, and batteries and charger.

Worth over £4,500.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.

Draw Details
All eligible attendees who have registered for SALTEX 2026 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be selected at random on 11 November 2026.

The winner will be announced during the event.

Claiming the Prize
The winner must be present at SALTEX on 11 or 12 November 2026 to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, an alternative winner will be selected.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of attendance.

Distribution of the Prize
Delivery of the prize to the winner will be covered.

Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition, both during and after the event, without further compensation.

Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (including network, computer, or software failures) affecting entry or participation.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be used solely for administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
